Fabio Bogni Named Application Development Engineer for the Healthcare Industry
PARSIPPANY, NJ / June 26, 2026 – Conventus Polymers, LLC, a leader in Plastic Distribution, appoints Fabio Bogni, an industry veteran to drive Commercial and Market Development with strategic focus on growth in the medical devices, specialty healthcare market and industry applications.
Fabio has more than 20 years of experience in specialty plastics and medical manufacturing, including deep expertise across medical devices, packaging, and equipment enclosures. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to build high-performing commercial strategies and unlock new market opportunities.In this role, Fabio will lead initiatives to expand Conventus Polymers’ healthcare market presence, develop new business pipelines, and accelerate the commercialization of differentiated products.

Fabio’s career and expertise spans nearly three decades with experience in materials science, processing technologies, and manufacturing, paired with a strong understanding of customer applications in healthcare markets. Career highlights range from plant manager for a custom injection molder and a manufacturing leader at Becton Dickinson to successful career at Eastman Chemical Company where he led multiple market segments including the healthcare industry.
Fabio earned a Bachelors Material Science & Engineer from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from East Tennessee State University.
Outside of work, Fabio enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Alessandra. As a family, they enjoy traveling, attending University of Tennessee football games, hiking, and spending time together on the lake. Fabio also enjoys fishing and floating rivers throughout East Tennessee.
